A Bodyadvance, we recognise the importance of continuity with existing clients in terms of follow up care as we provide this as standard after every appointment.

We do however get numerous requests from existing clients for advice when they simply cannot attend clinic. We have there for launched telehealth .  A video call service to discuss anything to do with a an existing or new condition and online monitoring of prescriptive exercise without visiting clinic.

Your Video Health Advice Appointment


You will book a telephone health appointment via the booking screen and be sent a link to attend a video call diarised in the appointment calendar.


During the appointment you can discuss.


  • Changes to symptoms.
  • Follow up advise on 3rd party scans to include x rays , MRI and ultrasound.
  • Advice on returning to work or increasing activity levels.
  • Request changes to prescriptive exercise.
  • Request supporting statements for health organisations or occupational health.
  • General out of clinic advice .

How often can I book a telephone heath call?

Its advisable to book the call between a programme of treatment to get best value. That said , should you not be able to attend an in clinic appointment, though not a direct substitute, something is better than nothing. 


Do I need anything for a video call?

Yes . You will need a stable internet connection and be committed to attend the call on time as it is a scheduled appointment in a client diary.


What it i cannot attend?

Should you  not be able to attend the appointment . it can be rearranged once . Failing to attend without notice would mean forfeiture of that appointment
