Well an early start for me to make my way to Willow Wood Hospice for my first business club meeting. It was great to see everyone and deliver a small presentation about what we do at Body Advance Massage Therapies.
During the meeting, I also made it known to other members that I was cycling Lands End to John O'Groats next year on behalf of Willow Wood. This was well received and usual jokes and banter followed about falling off the bike etc.
Martin Nield from Ace Apparel Tribal, has kindly provided my official Cycle Shirts to take part in the ride and to use in training. He presented them to me prior to the meeting taking place and was very proud to show them to other members. They Look fantastic!!
Once the meeting had finished, I had photographs taken in the hospice grounds in full cycling regalia, ready for an official press release in the new year. I was also introduced to the Willow Woods Chief Executive Karen Houlston who offered lots of words of encouragement.
All in all , a thoroughly enjoyable and productive morning!!
